We (my husband and I) were looking for ways to lose weight and I was wondering “Does Caralluma Work?”

1st Question: How Does Caralluma Work?

Here’s what I found. Caralluma Fimbriata comes from a type of cactus found in India. It has been used for centuries by wandering hunters. This extract helps reduce hunger and cravings. Let me emphasize that. This isn’t a weight loss pill that is advertised to burn fat. What Caralluma Fimbriata does is reduce the cravings and hunger pains. That’s exactly what my husband and I needed!

This is exactly what I wanted. We can eat smaller portions, make better food choices and start an exercise routine. I just wanted something to stop us from thinking about food all the time.  So, my next question was to find out if Caralluma really works. Or more specifically….

2nd Question: Does Caralluma Work For Everyone?

You can waist a lot of time surfing around the internet reading forums, blogs and articles about these type of herbal supplements. You’ll find many conflicting reports, and just as many questions.  People asking “does Caralluma work better than Hoodia?” “Does Caralluma work for teenagers?” “Does Caralluma work if you don’t exercise?” etc., And, there were lots of people reporting it worked well for them, and a few reported that it didn’t make any difference at all!

There were some real negative posts by people who were more interested in promoting other weight loss solutions, saying that Caralluma Fimbriata isn’t a great weight loss pill and that product “x, y or z” is a better way to burn fat.  They’re right, it’s an appetite and hunger suppressant. It’s not a fat burner. (It’s also safer, and a natural herbal product)

So, to answer the question, “Does Caralluma Work?” I decided there was only one real way to find out. I decided to try it (actually my husband has agreed to join me with this trial). I’m going to try one highly touted Caralluma product and he’ll try another.
